- Throne and Liberty announced this week “great changes” for the near future of the MMORPG and received a lot of praise from the community for it. It was about bots, world bosses, new PvP content, and upcoming progression systems like the runes.
- How Throne and Liberty stands one month after launch, MeinMMO author Cedric Holmeier reveals in his analysis.
- For the first time since launch, the developers of Throne and Liberty have taken action against real money trading (RMT). Some items are being sold in the auction house for the equivalent of 200 euros, which explains the motivation of bots to establish themselves in Throne and Liberty.
- In Throne and Liberty it has recently become much more rewarding to sign up for random dungeons. However, some players exploit the new system to their advantage, which can lead to frustration. Others have already had extreme luck, with three grand prizes out of four chests.
- For the Western version of Throne and Liberty, there is a new code that you can redeem for the first time.
- In Elder Scrolls Online, Update 44 has been released, and MeinMMO had the opportunity to talk with one of the developers about the new content and the criticism from the community. Meanwhile, 25 million players are said to have played the MMORPG.
What else has happened? The Netflix documentary “The Fantastic Life of Ibelin” touches the WoW community. Numerous players pilgrimaged to the memorial of the deceased player Mats Steen. The creators of the documentary took a big risk with the implementation beforehand, as they only obtained permission from Blizzard after three years of work.
