In Hytale there are rare resources, and one of them is the Void Hearts. These are not just lying around and must be found by you. Where you should look for them is shown here.
Where can I find Void Hearts? To find Void Hearts, you need to defeat special enemies from the Void. These enemies are flying tentacle creatures called Void Eyes. They only spawn at night and in various biomes on your map. You can encounter them everywhere, but if you are not lucky in your search, you should narrow it down.
Instead of wandering wildly around the map, it would be beneficial to visit biomes that offer little terrain. The icy areas and deserts are especially worthwhile. There, you have a clear visibility of several meters and can spot the monsters much easier.
How do I best fight these monsters? These flying monsters are difficult to take down with melee weapons. Therefore, take a bow with arrows to hit them effectively. Also, be careful, as these monsters have minions that are on foot. They can distract you and, in the worst case, overwhelm you. So quickly defeat the flying monster to then take care of the minions.
Note that the drop chance for a Void Heart is not high. It may be that you need to defeat 3-5 specimens before you can grab a heart.
What do I need Void Hearts for? You primarily need the Void Hearts for the “Level 3” upgrade of your Armorer’s Workbench. This allows you to craft Adamantite- or Mithril equipment. So this is the final upgrade of your workbench, giving you access to endgame equipment. Anyone who wants to become stronger cannot bypass this upgrade.
