Cha Hae-In
Who is she? Cha Hae-In is the strongest huntress in South Korea and also an S-rank fighter. She is the vice-guild master of the Hunters Guild under Choi Jong-In. In the anime, she appears with a calm and serious demeanor, impressing both through her abilities and her attitude.
She suffers from an extremely sensitive sense of smell, which makes it difficult for her to be near other hunters – as they all smell terrible to her. Jin-Woo is the first exception: he does not smell unpleasant to her, which piques her curiosity and uniquely initiates their relationship.
Why is she so strong? Cha Hae-In is a swordswoman whose style is based on outstanding speed and precision. Her movements are so fast that they are hardly perceptible to the naked eye. She fights with a focused, almost dance-like style that appears deadly yet elegant.
However, her strength lies not only in combat but also in her moral clarity: she is dutiful, just, and unaffected by power games. Cha Hae-In shows great courage and does not hesitate to put herself in danger even when circumstances are against her. When the situation requires it, she even enters the fight without a weapon – fully in service of her convictions and to protect others.
