Other major MMORPGs are constantly in the news with new updates, changes, adjustments, optimizations. But for Guild Wars 2, the important news mainly consists of new story episodes coming every few months. Here, a routine has set in.
Guild Wars 2 is indeed running. Fans are still engaged, looking forward to new content, and now also understand that developers need more time to make Episode 2 really good.
But somehow the highlights are missing for the game. The things that show that GW 2 is still played with enthusiasm. There are no reports convincing players that GW 2 is facing a bright future. Simply releasing a new story update every few months seems a bit inadequate.
Nevertheless, the game is still performing well, and judging by the reactions in the forum, the fans do not mind that the new episode of the MMORPG is now delayed.
