The big summer update 2020 for GTA Online is here and it has brought some new content. However, there are a few changes that, while smaller, were quite necessary for the gameplay.
What kind of update is this? On August 11, the summer update 2020 was launched in GTA Online and it was supposed to bring fresh air into the game.

1. More Property Ownership
What does that mean? The amount of properties you can own has increased by 3. Now you can buy up to 8 different “buildings.” These can be apartments, businesses, or garages to store even more cars.
Why is this important? Besides being able to buy and securely store more cars, especially the businesses bring profit. Because you can earn money by conducting illegal activities there. The more of these properties you can own, the greater your profit will be when you manage them.
2. Countdown at the Lucky Wheel
What is meant by that? When you now enter the casino and go to the lucky wheel, where you can win cool prizes, a timer will be displayed indicating how long you must wait before you can spin the wheel again.
Why is this important? After you have spun the lucky wheel once, exactly 24 hours must pass before you can try again. This countdown helps to keep a clear overview and not to waste time unnecessarily in the casino.
3. Return All Vehicles
What is meant by that? You now have a new function in the interaction menu where you can return all vehicles to the garage.
Why is this important? Previously, this function was only available for business vehicles, but now it is possible for all vehicles. This means you no longer have to painstakingly bring your car back to the garage when you no longer want to drive it.
You can immediately try this out with one of the 15 new vehicles that were added with the summer update.
4. Buy Snacks at Wendy’s
What is meant by that? You can find Wendy at your arcades, and now you can buy snacks directly from her. Just go to her at the bar and stock up.
Why is this important? With snacks, you can heal yourself, making them your little lifesavers when you are on missions. Being able to buy snacks from Wendy is especially important for the big casino heist because you need to operate from the arcade.
5. No more annoying calls from LJT
What is meant by that? Your drug-dealing partner LJT will no longer call you about MC business matters. Instead, you will now receive a text message.
Why is this important? The calls from LJT could be quite annoying, as they usually came at the most inconvenient moment. With the text messages, you can now decide when you want to deal with the business.
6. More Expensive Cars for Simeon’s Requests
What is meant by that? With the summer update, there are now higher quality cars that you can search for and export for Simeon’s export requests. Additionally, you can now sell them at the docks to earn even more money.
Why is this important? These changes ensure that you can earn significantly more money with the side job. According to a reddit user, you would now receive 20,000 GTA dollars for a delivered vehicle instead of the 3-5,000 GTA$ (via reddit).
