A player uses a clever method to confuse other players in GTA Online and then ambushes them. To do this, he just needs the perfect disguise.
What does the player do? Equipped with an ambulance and disguised as a paramedic, the player Fuckredditaifan drives through the streets of Los Santos.
There, he targets players who have just killed an NPC. However, he doesn’t help the people who have just been killed, but attacks the culprits. They are so confused and cannot understand why they are suddenly being attacked by a paramedic.
Due to confusion, the player’s reaction in this clip comes late. He cannot do anything more before being launched into the air by an Up-N-Atomizer and dies.
In another example, a player also disguised himself as an NPC and his hostile attackers simply couldn’t find him, even though he was right in front of them.
Why don’t players recognize him?
This method is quite clever because the player not only repurposes a skin that is associated with other actions. He also “misuses” a feature to carry out his morally questionable plan:
- Using the “Ghost Organization” feature, which allows him to disappear from the radar
- The paramedic equipment, which serves as a perfect decoy
What does the Ghost Organization do? With this feature, players can completely disappear from the radar. Their gamertags are not displayed above their heads, and they are not visible on the map. However, the feature only lasts a few minutes.
This allows players to approach the unsuspecting completely secretly, without them noticing anything. You can basically pretend to be an NPC.

What does the paramedic equipment do? Anyone who has ever killed an NPC on the street will have seen the paramedics rushing in to save the “person”. However, these are just computer-controlled characters.
If you disguise yourself as a paramedic and drive around in the ambulance, you can easily pass as the real paramedics. In combination with the Ghost Organization, it’s an unbeatable method that leaves every player confused.
