In GTA Online you can now find a mobile arms dealer that sells you the finest weapons, throwables, and armor. The new Railgun is also included. We will show you the offer and the location.
What kind of transporter is this? The Gun Van was officially released in GTA Online as part of the “Los Santos Drug Wars” DLC. In the mobile van, you will find all kinds of sharp stuff like the combat shotgun or the brand new Railgun. The special thing about this vehicle is that it changes location every day. It’s a bit like Xur in Destiny 2.

Arms Dealer Location from January 14
Where can you find the arms dealer in GTA Online? The locations of the arms dealer change daily. Previously, we assumed that the changes happened weekly.
North of the military airport (January 14): Above the airport, at a small building in the backyard, you will find the van:
Power Plant (January 13): You will find the van east of the wind farm at the power plant. We have marked the location here on the map. The icon for the van appears only when you are nearby.

Weapons: Knife, Baseball Bat, Assault Shotgun, SMG, Assault Rifle, Compact EMP Launcher, Combat Shotgun, Railgun, Heavy Sniper Rifle, and Rocket Launcher.
The highlights here are the Combat Shotgun and the Railgun. The Combat Shotgun was previously only available for the Cayo Perico Heist and is now available for 265,500 GTA dollars at the arms dealer.
The Railgun is brand new in the game and costs 657,000 GTA dollars at the arms dealer (prices vary by a few thousand dollars depending on discounts).
Throwables: Molotov Cocktail, Proximity Mine, and Grenade.
Armor: Lightest, Light, Standard, Heavy, and Heaviest Armor.
What makes the transporter special? Especially newer players will be pleased with the transporter, as the owner does not operate entirely according to the law. Thus, the rank requirements that one normally would have when purchasing these products are waived.
There is also a special discount of 45% on the compact EMP launcher. Those who are subscribers to GTA+ also receive a 50% discount on the combat shotgun.
