How do you get the money? Every week, the time trials offered to you on the world map in GTA Online change. There are a total of two. One for “normal” cars and one for the remote-controlled RC Bandito cars. This week, those are the races:
- Chiliad downhill
- and Vespucci canals
In this overview, we show you how to easily win the races and pocket the 203,000 GTA dollars.
How to win Chiliad downhill for $102,000
Here you find the race: The starting point on Mount Chiliad is located near the top. So it’s best to ride a motorcycle up the mountain right away.
Cars are not suitable for this race. Since you cannot request a vehicle on the mountain itself, it’s best to drive up the mountain with the right car.
You have 54.2 seconds for the race. If you reach the finish in time, you will receive 101,000 GTA dollars immediately.

The time trials are optional races on the world map. You do not have to join a racing lobby or wait for other players; you can participate directly with your own vehicles.
You can complete each time trial once per event week with the full payout. If you win the same race in the same event week multiple times, you will receive about $2,000 per win from the 2nd win onwards.
Vespucci canals – Another 101,000 GTA dollars
Here you find the race: Go to the Vespucci canals. The time trial is represented on the map with a purple remote control for you.
It is important that you have unlocked the RC Bandito cars through the Arena workshop. Only then can you participate in the race.
The time for this race is generously set by Rockstar. Even if you go off track once, you can still make it to the finish on time.
Finish the race successfully and secure another 101,000 GTA dollars. This way, you will receive a total of 203,000 GTA dollars with very little effort.
