Big summer update offensive planned
This is how it will continue: As a major summer update, GTA Online will bring a DLC in the coming months that is sure to thrill car tuners. The focus will be on vehicle improvements in performance and visual enhancements. There should also be new opportunities to test and showcase the modified vehicles to other players – without police, of course.
An illegal car meet is likely to breathe fresh air into the tuner scene of GTA Online. Stealing vehicles will also play an important role.
Various multi-part heist missions will be introduced with the summer DLC, where a “precisely modified getaway vehicle” will become an important asset.
When this summer update will arrive is unclear. Officially, Rockstar Games states “later in the summer” (via Rockstargames.com).
What’s next: To prepare for the big summer DLC, the 8 new stunt races are coming now. Soon, seven new arenas for the Deadline mode will follow. Additionally, the survival mode will receive new locations in Los Santos and Blaine County.
On November 11, the new versions of GTA 5 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S will finally arrive. These versions have been “enhanced and expanded” for the new console technology. Everyone is eagerly awaiting the release to see how GTA Online will look on the latest consoles.
Which of the upcoming updates are you most looking forward to? Are you a stunt driver looking forward to the new tracks or are you only interested in the big DLC updates?
