Continue playing after the story in single player

All “Strangers and Freaks” missions: You have already noticed them during the story, and there are really many of these missions. If you like story and satire, make sure to complete all of these missions.
Get Gold Medals: When you complete missions in GTA 5, you receive bronze, silver, or gold medals. There is the big achievement “Solid Gold, Baby”, which you only receive when you have earned 70 gold medals. The medals can be earned in story missions and in “Strangers and Freaks” missions.
The best way to do this is after you have completed the story. Because then you can simply select the option in the menu to replay selected missions. Choose the ones where you have not yet earned a gold medal and get started.
After the story to GTA Online – How does it start?
If you are no longer interested in the story and want to dive right in and explore all the new content? Then start a join to GTA Online through the menu. First, create a character. And then you’re off.
