The new trailer for the Enhanced version of GTA 5 Online has been released. The version is coming for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in March. However, the trailer has been heavily criticized and seen as disappointing.
What’s new? On the evening of September 9, 2021, the PlayStation Showcase featured several new trailers. During the presentation, the community learned that the NextGen version of GTA 5 and GTA Online has been delayed. The release date in November has been abandoned, and the release is now set for March 2022.
This information was shared along with a new trailer, which has already received massive dislikes on YouTube. The community feels that there is clearly too little NextGen in the trailer for a NextGen version.

This is the criticism
Graphics: In the new trailer for the NextGen version, the community sees too little of the promised “improved graphics.” It is criticized that the trailer feels like a video for the old generation of PS4 and Xbox One. YouTuber The Professional writes: “Is this really enhanced and improved? It looks no different than the PS4 version. They even showed the Deluxos at the end, blowing people up, although many players hate the futuristic vehicles.”
User AFGuidesHD writes on YouTube that there aren’t even new graphics and that the trailer is a disappointment.
Features: The community is not yet convinced about the features of the enhanced version. In the trailer, it mentions faster character switching. Users do not see this as an improvement to the game, but simply as a result of the faster hardware in the NextGen consoles.
In the comments, there are also wishes for clear statements from Rockstar Games regarding how the game will actually change.
