The current version 3.6 in Genshin Impact is entering the 2nd phase and the new characters Baizhu and Kaveh will have their banners today. Here you can find all the important information at a glance.
Since April 12, 2023, Genshin Impact version 3.6 has been running. At launch, there were the rerun banners of Nahida and Nilou. But soon it will be halftime and the event banners will switch to phase 2.
Today, May 2, 2023, players can get the new characters of the version with Doctor Baizhu and Architect Kaveh. Here you can find all the important information about the new banners.

When is the release date for Baizhu and Kaveh? The two new characters will be available on May 2, 2023, at 7:00 PM through the event banners in the game. They will remain online until May 23, 3:59 PM.
What banners will there be in phase 2 of version 3.6? As of today, May 2, 2023, these new banners are available:
- Event Banner “Vibrant Life” featuring Baizhu as a 5-star character; Kaveh, Candace, and Fischl as 4-star characters
- Event Banner “Fleeting Acquaintance” featuring Ganyu as a 5-star character; Kaveh, Candace, and Fischl as 4-star characters
- Weapon Banner “Divine Work” featuring “Catalyst – Jadefall splendor” and “Bow – Amos’ Bow” as 5-star weapons, several limited 4-star weapons
Who are the newest characters? Baizhu is the owner of Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue. He is a Dendro character who fights with a catalyst. He is a support character who can heal and protect his teammates.
Kaveh is an architect from Sumeru, who also belongs to the Dendro element. He wields a claymore. Kaveh fights offensively and deals AoE damage with Mehrak, his suitcase.

A small note: Currently, there is also an online event called “Herbal Remedies” for the new character Baizhu, where you can secure primordial stone and character ascension materials. From April 27, 2023, to May 3, 2023, you can participate.
What else will there be in phase 2 of version 3.6? In addition to the new banners, the second half of version 3.6 will deliver several events and the legend quest “Lagenaria” featuring Baizhu.
