If the same strategy is followed as in Season 2, the anime episodes will only be available with Japanese dubbing and German subtitles at release. However, it was already started during the airing of Season 2 to dub and release the episodes in German. This will be delivered week by week.
If you are looking for the German dubbing, it should only take a few weeks until you can watch the complete anime in German, provided it behaves like in Season 2.
