Why are they especially useful? Here we present to you 7 NPCs who are particularly useful when you want to take advantage of their services. They stand out because they offer multiple abilities simultaneously or perform actions that can help you during the round.
In our selection, we excluded the NPCs who sell the exotic weapons, because visiting them is worthwhile anyway.
1. NPC “Willow”
What can the NPC do? If you encounter the ghost girl Willow in a match and interact with her, you can request the activation of a rift or have the next storm zone displayed.
With the activation of the rift, you will be thrown back into the air and can fly from there to the next location. If you have the next storm zone displayed, you can start moving in that direction so you don’t get caught in the deadly storm.
Where is she located? You can find Willow in Weeping Woods. She walks through the forest there.
2. NPC “Raz”
What can the NPC do? If you visit the character Raz, you can either transform into an item or activate a rift.
For the item transformation, you can choose from items already found on the map. This way, you can hide perfectly from opponents and surprise them from ambush.

4. NPC “Tanning Specialist”
What can the NPC do? The Tanning Specialist offers you 2 actions. You can buy a medkit or have the next storm zone displayed. If you need to replenish your health points, you can equip yourself with him.
Where is he located? You can find this character on the beach at Sweaty Sands.
5. NPC “Zenith”
What can the NPC do? At Zenith, you can give orders and have the next storm zone displayed. So if you want to collect gold bars or want to know where to go next, Zenith is the right choice.
Where is he located? You can find Zenith at the weather station, right on the highest mountain of the map.
6. NPC “Shade”
What can the NPC do? You can challenge Shade to a duel to get an epic scar. This powerful weapon is not found easily. Furthermore, he can show you nearby vehicles – very useful for quick transportation.
Where is he located? Shade is located on the western road leading to Sweaty Sands.
7. NPC “Killer Chick”
What can the NPC do? You can recruit the Killer Chick as support. Additionally, it can show you wild animals that are nearby. A visit is especially worthwhile if you need to complete animal challenges.
Where is he located? You can find the character in a prehistoric hut on a hill, east of Weeping Woods.

These are the 7 most unnecessary NPCs
What makes them so bad? We now present NPCs who offer either only one action or only unnecessary abilities. You should avoid them if you don’t want to waste time because they won’t offer you much that can help you in a round.
These are the most unnecessary NPCs and their abilities:
- 1. NPC “Tess” – Sells the regular assault rifle that is often found
- 2. NPC “Dummy” – Only offers weapon upgrades
- 3. NPC “Iron Farmer” – Only offers bounty hunts
- 4. NPC “Turk” – Sells fishing flops and fishing rods (both easy to find)
- 5. NPC “Sash Field Marshal” – Only gives orders
- 6. NPC “Kolbi” – Only sells corn
- 7. NPC “Kyle” – Sells wood (as if one couldn’t just cut down half the map)
So you should avoid these 7 NPCs since they will not really offer you anything that can help you in your matches. However, you might want to visit them to complete your character collection.
