What is happening today in Fortnite? Chapter 6 Season 2 has ended, and to ensure the fun doesn’t stop, Epic Games has prepared a new season. Season 3 is all about Star Wars. New POIs for Star Wars
In the patch notes, Fortnite has introduced new locations that are set to make their way to the map in Season 3. These include:

- Heavy DC-15 blaster rifle
- E-11 blaster
- F-11 blaster
- Diverse lightsabers
- Thermal detonator
- Force lightning
Dates with events
- May 8: The Force calls
- Lightsabers will appear and you can learn the Force Grip and Force Throw from Mace Windu or Darth Maul
- May 15: A furry friend
- The weapon selection will be expanded by two items:
- Wookiee Bowcaster
- CA-87 Jawa scatter blaster
- The weapon selection will be expanded by two items:
- May 22: Rise of the Mandalorians
- New weapons and items will be added:
- Mandalorian jetpack
- Amban sniper rifle
- Westar-34 blaster pistols

- May 29: Star Destroyer bombardment
- You can enter the control room of the Star Destroyer through a portal to defeat your enemies from above with the turbolaser. Only one team can enter the portal.
- June 7: Sabotage of the Death Star
- A live event will take place where you must sabotage the Death Star. You will have to face Emperor Palpatine.
