The release of Chapter 7 Season 3 is just around the corner. The developers of Fortnite have been diligently releasing new teasers for the season, and one of these teasers is about the upcoming Battle Pass.
What skins can I expect in Chapter 7 Season 3? Epic Games has already diligently published the entire lineup for the Chapter 7 Season 3 Battle Pass. The developers have prepared four female and four male skins, and here’s how they look (Source: x.com):
- A robot with a little ghost controlling it
- A female surfer with headphones
- Sloane with a new outfit
- A gangster girl who could be from GTA or Saints Row
- A duck wearing sunglasses and a polo shirt
- John Wick but in comic style
- A bandaged swordswoman
- A cyborg with a wolf mask
The most controversial crossover in this lineup is not a skin, but a companion. Next to the duck with sunglasses is a peanut with human facial features. This is the streamer “TheBurntPeanut”. Many fans on Reddit accuse him of viewbotting and have expressed severe insults towards other players (Source: reddit.com).
Which tiers the skins will be available at is not yet known. This information will probably be released only during the downtime.
What skins might appear? As usual, in addition to the skins from the upcoming Battle Pass, new outfits will appear in the shop through collaborations or events. Currently, there is no information regarding this. The only thing known revolves around the old starter packs from Chapter 1 (Source: x.com). These initially seemed to be limited, but some leakers now believe that Epic Games might bring them back.
These packs were previously a cost-effective option to get some V-Bucks and a skin set without spending much money (around €4.99). Back then, the price-performance ratio was good, but now it is difficult to assess whether Epic Games will raise the prices a bit – solely because of the nostalgia factor.
When does Chapter 7 Season 3 start? According to statements from Epic Games, Chapter 7 Season 3 is set to start on June 6 and probably a few hours after a downtime. A live event is also expected, but likely a smaller one. You can find out more about Fortnite here: The creators of Fortnite send Disney characters into a shooter to compete with ARC Raiders
