Update: FIFA 19 Ultimate Team – The best Bundesliga players for your squad
Currently, the Gamescom 2018 is taking place in Cologne. At this gaming fair, EA is presenting a demo of FIFA 19, which many fans can now test.
Ratings of the Gamescom demo are not final: Some users have discovered the player ratings of the demo teams and published them online. We are now presenting them – but keep in mind that the ratings are not final and may change marginally by the release of the main game. However, significant changes should not be expected.
Ratings of many Bayern players have dropped
Update: These are the official, final Bayern ratings in FIFA 19!
Here are the ratings of some Bayern players from the Gamescom demo:
Player ratings of Bayern (the final values from FIFA 18 are in parentheses):
- Lewandowski – 90 (91)
- Ribery – 85 (86)
- Rodriguez – 88 (86)
- Goretzka – 83 (83)
- Müller – 86 (86)
- Martinez – 84 (86)
- Alaba – 85 (86)
- Hummels – 89 (89)
- Boateng – 86 (88)
- Kimmich – 85 (84)
- Neuer – 90 (92)
- Wagner – 78 (79)
- Thiago – 86 (88)
- Robben – 85 (88)
- Gnabry – 82 (79)
Except for Rodriguez, Kimmich, and Gnabry, no Bayern player can improve in FIFA 19. On the contrary, the player ratings of many stars are significantly decreasing.
Especially hard hit are Robben, Thiago, Boateng, and Neuer, who are losing their outstanding ratings from last year.
What ratings FIFA fans would have liked for the Bayern stars in FIFA 19 can be read here:
BVB player ratings are really low
Even if many Bayern fans are already complaining in the forums about the new ratings of their players – the BVB fans will also not be in a jubilant mood. This year, EA rates some Dortmund players significantly lower:
These are the ratings of the BVB players:
- Philipp – 79 (78)
- Reus – 85 (86)
- Sancho – 72 (No Information)
- Weigl – 80 (81)
- Delaney – 79 (78)
- Pulisic – 79 (78)
- Schmelzer – 77 (80)
- Diallo – 78 (76)
- Akanji – 78 (72)
- Piszczek – 81 (83)
- Bürki – 81 (84)
- Kagawa – 83 (83)
- Dahoud – 79 (79)
- Wolf – 77 (73)
- Götze – 82 (81)
Piszczek, Bürki, Schmelzer, and even Reus receive a lower rating than in FIFA 18. And some players, from whom greater leaps were expected, stagnate or are only raised by a few points, like Pulisic.
Except for Reus, who now only has an 85 rating, the BVB is missing top players beyond 83 in FIFA 19. What ratings fans actually wanted can be found here:
