In FIFA 18 Ultimate Team, the winter upgrades for the Italian Serie A (Calcio A) are well-known. These players receive new cards during the Ratings Refresh.
In FUT 18, the Ratings Refresh phase is in full swing. After last Friday selected players from the Premier League received upgraded standard cards, today, Sunday, February 25th, it is the turn of the players from the Italian Serie A. In FIFA 18, this league is called Calcio A.

How to get the Ratings Refresh cards in Ultimate Team
As soon as the winter upgrade cards are released, they can be pulled from the packs. The only requirement is that the pack can contain players. The “old” cards of the respective players will no longer be found in the packs from this moment on.
If you already own a card of a player that is being upgraded, it remains unchanged. It will not update automatically. If you want the player’s card with improved attributes, you must pull it from a pack. It is also possible to purchase the winter upgrade cards from other players on the transfer market.
