As EA Sports announced at 10:27 PM, player search on PlayStation 4 in FIFA 16: FUT is currently not possible. EA Sports is currently investigating the issue causing some players not to receive rewards after the end of the match. Reports of this have been increasing in the last few minutes. Therefore, it has been decided to temporarily disable matchmaking on PS4.
It seems that unexpected problems arose with the live activation of the first players from the TOTY. Hopefully, they will get this under control soon ‒ especially now, every coin counts to afford a pack that could contain a coveted player from the TOTY.
Update: Everything is back to normal now.
