Finally, Zenimax announced the date for the “Undaunted Celebration” of the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online. We will tell you what to expect.
Why did players have to wait so long for the event? Actually, the “Undaunted Celebration” (engl. “Undaunted Event”) was supposed to take place from November 14 to November 18. But it was ended after just two hours due to technical problems. The cause was issues with the automatic group finder.
Zenimax stated that the event would be rescheduled in December. But that did not happen. Now, however, the new date is set.
That’s why many are looking forward to the event: “Undaunted” focuses on dungeons and groups. It is essentially a typical MMORPG experience, as some would desire. Additionally, there is unusual loot that can only be obtained during this event.
Overall, many are excited about the rewards, which are quite generous. It is definitely worth participating in the event, as you will not only enjoy the fun in a group but also receive really interesting items as rewards – including the Indrik feathers for the popular Indrik mount. More on that below.
How to participate
When does it start? According to Zenimax, the “Undaunted Celebration” starts on Thursday, January 9, at 4:00 PM and runs until Monday, January 13, at 4:00 PM.
How to join? To participate in this event, enter the dungeons for four players by using the dungeon finder. You can also travel directly to the dungeon with your group. It doesn’t matter which difficulty you choose.
What do you have to do? You need to eliminate the bosses in the dungeons. Once you have defeated the last one, you will receive an Undaunted reward chest.
What does the chest contain? In the Undaunted reward chests, you will find items such as:
- Undaunted Keys
- Undaunted Loot
- Pages of Crafting Styles
- Repair Materials
- Transmutation Crystals
- Riding Lessons and more
Additionally, you can find special Opal versions of the classic masks, weapons, and shoulders when you defeat these bosses:
- Bloodroot
- Ilambris
- Machine Guardian
- Troll King

Here’s what else is available: But that’s not all, because whenever you defeat the last boss in a day, you earn three event tickets. You can exchange these with Impresaria for the following rewards:
- All four Indrik feathers (which summon the growing Indrik)
- Opal versions of the boss mount styles with the weapons, masks, and shoulders
Let’s hope that this time there won’t be any technical issues and ESO fans can complete the “Undaunted” event without any problems and receive the rewards.
