How much can I make with a card? In a thread on reddit, users discuss the current price. Right now, the small card brings in more than 20 million rubles on the flea market, where players can offer their excess goods to other survivors.
The lucky finder in the video, VeHard, reveals in a comment that he himself is still a beginner and might have expected something around 180,000 rubles. But with this financial boost, he can approach the game in a completely different way and has truly hit the jackpot.
What makes the card so valuable? In the room on “The Lab,” there are extremely valuable items that can earn you several hundred thousand rubles with each run. Since the card does not get used up, you can keep using it.

Red keycard can pay off, but not for everyone
Why is someone spending so much rubles for it? Apparently, it can be quite profitable. In the thread on reddit, the user “BuffiestFluffalo” showed how it can pay off.

- Room looted a couple of times, earning 1,500,000 with it
- Sold the card again for 21,500,000
- A hefty fee of 700,000 is deducted here
- Income (21,500,000 + 1,500,000) – Expenses (20,000,000 + 700,000)
- Results in a profit of 2,300,000 rubles
Since the card can be sold again and the price, according to users, is even rising further, you can get it, do a few good raids, and then sell it again.
This tactic is suited only for players who were already wealthy in Escape from Tarkov and are looking for the most challenging challenge in the game.
What makes The Lab so difficult? This map offers survivors an even higher difficulty level than the already extremely tough shooter. Only those who are good at failing and have strong nerves can survive here and cope with the special rules of “Labs”.

- Restricted access
- To play the raid, you need another keycard. This one gets consumed at the start.
- SCAV Raiders
- Better equipped SCAVs that act even more aggressively against you.
- Activate exits
- You can’t just leave the map; you need to activate most exits first. So it takes longer to finish the raid.
- Announcements
- When the exits are activated, there are also announcements throughout the complex. So other players and SCAV raiders know that you want to leave.
- Endgame opponents
- Players don’t just wander into The Lab. Every opponent is well equipped and ready to take your upgraded weapon.
- No insurance
- You can insure your stuff, but the insurance dealers don’t enter The Lab, so you won’t get your stuff back. It’s considered lost even if it hasn’t been looted by other players.
