At the beginning of the upcoming year, the open beta of the online shooter Escape from Tarkov will start (an exact date will be announced later). In preparation, the servers will be tested as part of the New Year’s event. The developers want to see how they respond under load in order to make some adjustments before the open beta. Additional players are to be allowed in.
Play the online shooter for seven days with a bit of luck
Those who register on the official website will have the chance to participate in the New Year’s event and play for seven days. The developers will randomly select participants from all registered players. If you have already purchased Escape from Tarkov, you will automatically be included and even receive exclusive gear that you can also transfer to the official version.

If you were already involved before the closed beta started on July 28, 2017, you will also receive two additional seven-day accesses that you can share with friends. If you even started before August 5, 2016, you will receive a promo code for the standard edition of the game and also two seven-day accesses for friends.
The New Year’s event started on December 28 and is supposed to last a few weeks. So hurry up if you want to participate.
