Server Down in Nightreign – from when? The servers were taken down on September 24, 2025, at 10:00 CEST (17:00 JST, 01:00 PDT) on all platforms.
When can I play Nightreign again? According to a post on X.com, the maintenance and implementation of the patch will take around 1 hour. We will inform you as soon as the servers are available again.
What happens during the server down? The servers will be taken offline. During this time, you can only play Nightreign offline and solo. However, the servers are back online now. If you encounter any issues, restart the game and log in again.

When will the patch notes be released? The patch notes are usually released shortly after the servers are back online. We will keep an eye on the server status and inform you of all changes that have been released.
As for the changes, there are no speculations about what FromSoftware has planned for the future update. It is quite possible that this patch, due to the short duration of the downtime, only addresses some issues – no content update.
In the future, Nightreign is also expected to receive additional content such as a major DLC. This will likely introduce new bosses and characters to bring fresh air.
