Just a few days ago, Bethesda announced that an open test version of their upcoming shooter will launch on April 15. It starts at 6 AM on that day. The open beta ends on April 18, also at 6 AM.
As it is an open beta, any player can participate. No beta key is required. The supported platforms are PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
This includes the open beta of Doom
In the open beta, you can dive into multiplayer battles of the hellish action shooter before the official launch. The beta includes:
Maps: Heatwave and Hellish
Game modes: 6v6 Team Deathmatch and Warpath
Demon: Revenant
Weapons: Rocket Launcher, Plasma Rifle, Super Shotgun, Vortex Rifle, Stasis Cannon, Heavy Assault Rifle, and Lightning Gun
Power Weapons: Gauss Rifle
Equipment: Hand Grenade, Personal Teleporter, Sticky Grenade
Will there be a preload?
Yes, the preload will be available from April 12. The exact size of the download has not been disclosed. Players should be able to download the game for free via the PS Store, Xbox Store, or Steam.

The player experience in the beta will be completely available in German. Additionally, the languages English, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Latin American Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese will be available.
