In Diablo Immortal, the difficulty level is an important part of your journey. It makes your opponents tougher and ensures that you have to proceed more tactically. But how do you change it and what does a higher difficulty give you? We at MeinMMO show you.
Here’s how to change the difficulty level: To change your difficulty, you first need to complete the main story of Diablo Immortal. Once you have finished, you must go to Westmark. From there, open the map and select the skull icon on the upper right side of your screen.
This symbolizes the existing difficulties that Diablo Immortal currently offers. You can choose between five levels. Each level also recommends a suggested Paragon level:
- Hell I: Paragon 1 – 60
- Hell II: Paragon 30 – 130
- Hell III: Paragon 90 – 210
- Hell IV: Paragon 160 – 300
- Hell V: Paragon 240 – 600
Important notes on the difficulty level
What does a high difficulty level provide me? The higher your difficulty level, the better loot you will receive at the end of bosses or dungeons. To continually improve your hero and equip them with better loot, you can select a higher difficulty. This effectively enhances your hero.
What does difficulty level affect? A higher difficulty level not only affects your loot. Your opponents will also hit harder after the change. Therefore, you will need to proceed more tactically in dungeons to survive.
Which difficulty level should I choose? That depends on your Paragon level. You can try to aim for higher difficulties, but if you are not within the recommended level range, many players will see you as dead weight.
You will deal less damage in combat, and your teammates will always be busy reviving you. So, try to take it slow at first and gradually increase your difficulty.
