Mythic items (formerly “Uber Uniques”) are particularly powerful items in Diablo 4, which can have an enormous impact on the builds of the six classes. You can find out which Mythic Uniques exist and where you can farm them in our list.
What are Mythic Uniques? In Diablo 4, there are powerful, rare items for all classes that can make many builds even stronger. These are Mythic Uniques, which you receive as drops from certain bosses. Mythics are rarer than “normal” Uniques. Previously, they were known as “Uber Uniques” and have been called Mythic Uniques since Season 5.
The following features apply to Mythic Uniques:
- Mythics are lilac-colored and produce a special sound when dropped. They emit a lilac beam, which allows you to recognize the special items as they drop.
- There are Mythic Uniques that every class can use, as well as class-specific ones. Mythic Uniques have special abilities that can define or enhance entire endgame builds.
- Their affixes and aspects are always fixed; you cannot change them. However, you can improve them with the crafting system “Completion”.
- Mythic Uniques have a specific appearance. If you disassemble them, you may sometimes receive a transmog and can make other items “look like” them.
- You cannot trade or give away Mythic Uniques.
All Mythic Uniques in the List
Below we list all Mythic Uniques that currently exist in Season 8 in Diablo 4. We also indicate which class can equip the respective item and what effects it has. With new seasons, new Mythics may be introduced. We will add these to the list.
Keep in mind that the Spiritborn class is part of the new expansion Vessel of Hatred and you can only access it if you own a copy of the DLC. In our overview, you can see which content you can play in Diablo 4 without owning Vessel of Hatred – and for which content you need the DLC.

Crafting and Farming Mythic Uniques – Here’s How
You have a good chance of getting Mythic Uniques, especially from the two hideout bosses Andariel and Duriel. These are the main source for the coveted items and are usually farmed directly in series by groups and summoned repeatedly. It’s best to look in the general chat or in the group finder for other players who are currently farming.
Guides for the bosses can be found here:

With a small chance, you can also get Mythics in other endgame activities. Since Season 3, you can also craft Mythic Uniques yourself, if you have enough “Glorious Sparks.” You receive Glorious Sparks for completing the season quest or defeating Uber Lilith, for example.
Besides that, there are also other Uniques in Diablo 4 that you can farm from the bosses and in Hell hordes. They have a higher drop chance and are thus not as rare as the Mythic Uniques.
