At the end of Diablo 4 and after the campaign, the “Pinnacle Boss” Uber Lilith awaits to test the players’ skills. For most, Lilith is considered unbeatable. At the same time, she drops almost nothing. Fans now say: if that were different, one would have to farm her. And nobody wants that.
Which fight is it about?
- Uber Lilith is the biggest challenge in the game, she awaits you after you have completed the campaign.
- Unlike the new Uber-boss Duriel, you do not need to summon her, you can simply visit her in her arena and fight her.
- The boss is considered an absolute test of one’s skills and a trial for every build. But he also leads to discussions time and again.
This is what makes Lilith so difficult: Players constantly discuss Uber Lilith. The biggest criticism of her is that her attacks are too harsh. Almost everything can kill you instantly and it is incredibly difficult to dodge.
Lilith has several attacks that come in rapid succession and almost fill the entire arena. Even strong builds can be killed in one hit here if they do not focus on defense, like certain thorn builds.
On Reddit, threads keep appearing that complain about the fight where users say: it is unbelievably hard to read the attacks and thus learn the fight. Basically, the only option left is to play an OP build that simply shoots Lilith down before she can do anything.
At the same time, there is actually nothing for the kill. No guaranteed Uber Uniques, no unique items that are only available from Lilith. Just an achievement. For a second kill, there is actually nothing at all. Players now say: that’s a good thing.

In a new thread, there are again complaints about Lilith. However, the community hardly agrees here. Users in the comments say that for the strongest builds of Barbarians and Wizards, Lilith is simply not a problem.
If one wants to do it without “cheese”, one just has to practice. Even experts like Wudijo, who “play 12 hours a day”, needed over 200 attempts. This shows that you can’t just go in and beat the boss easily.

It also means that it is good not to receive particularly strong items from Lilith. Otherwise, players would immediately feel like they have to farm the boss – and that is really not desirable in her current state.
If you defeat Uber Lilith just once to get the achievement, you are “done with it” and have checked it off. Subjecting yourself to the fight multiple times for items would rather lead to frustration in the community.
