What’s happening in Diablo 3? On January 12, Season 30 will kick off. This is the first season that revives a seasonal theme from the past and does not provide new content. However, the theme was well-received by players in S25, so there is excitement for it now as well.

What changes in Season 30?
The seasonal theme: In the game, you will find soul shards, which you can install two into your armor. They can be upgraded up to three times and provide you with very strong bonuses. This makes it easy to play into the highest Greater Rifts.
Balance changes: To bring the various builds closer together again, Blizzard has adjusted the strength of individual sets and classes.
