Seals and Powers of the Altar of the Rites
Where is the altar of the rites? You can find it in Act 1 in New Tristram. From the waypoint, move up to be above the houses. There, where the bridge leads to the next area.
What you need to know:
- You can interact with the altar of the rites directly from level 1
- You will see 26 symbols (seals) and 3 potion powers
- After selecting the first seal, you can decide for yourself which path to continue skilling
- Once you have unlocked a seal, you immediately receive the power or the enhanced potion
- The unlocked powers apply to all your characters
- The powers remain active for the entire Season 28
- The best build with the order for the altar of the rites in Season 28
All seals and legendary potion powers:

| K | Increases damage against elite enemies by 20 %. |
| L | +20 % damage |
| M | Doubles the amount of dropped death’s breath. |
| N | Critical hits grant resources: Mana: 15 Hatred: 5 Wrath: 5 Arcane Power: 3 Fury: 3 Spirit: 5 Essence: 5. |
| O | Doubles the amount of tokens received from completed bounties. |
| P | Progression orbs from Nephalem Rifts and Greater Nephalem Rifts within 60 meters are automatically collected. |
| Q | Reduces damage taken from elite enemies by 25 %. |
| R | +30 % damage |
| S | Grants immunity to loss of control effects. |
| T | You can move through enemies. |
| U | Companions collect death’s breath. |
| V | Elite enemies drop an additional progression orb. |
| W | Increases damage against bosses by 25 %. |
| X | Companions collect common, magical, and rare items and salvage them. |
| Y | Increases your chance to dodge by 15 %. |
| Z | Doubles the chance to find a legendary item from Kadala. |
| Potion AA | When you drink your healing potion, you manifest one of three rune circles on the ground that grant increased damage, increased cooldown reduction, or increased resource cost reduction. |
| Potion AB | When you drink your healing potion, all enemies within 25 meters deal 25 % less damage. |

| AD | When an ancient item drops, a second random ancient item will also drop. |
Seal Costs and How to Unlock Them
This is how it works: To unlock a new seal, you must first unlock the previous one. If you want to unlock B or C, you must first unlock A. It is different for R, S, and T.
With each seal and potion you unlock, the costs of the next unlock increase. The order you choose does not matter for the costs. In the following table, we show you the respective costs.

If the cosmetic wings are important to you, then you have a goal in sight for a long time during the season. You may need to farm for a long time for the materials of the seals and be advanced in the season to meet the requirements.
