In Destiny 2, today, on December 26th, is the Weekly Reset, the weekly reset. New activities start, such as the Nightfall strike or the Flashpoint.
Today, Tuesday at 6 PM, not only the “normal” Weekly Reset takes place, but also the second week of the Dawning. This winter event started last week and has since spread festive cheer in the Destiny universe.
The second Dawning week brings two things:
- The Glimmer offer in Eververse is restocked. We will add the new inventory at the end of the article.
- The milestone “We share the joys of the season with others” can be played again. This can be completed once per week and per character during the event. You may go back into the Cauldron and “fight for peace.”

Nightfall from December 26 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC
This week the Pyramidion is the Nightfall.
The modifiers:
- Momentum: Abilities charge faster.
- Timewarp: Zero Hour: The mission timer cannot be extended.
The challenges:
- Complete the Nightfall with at least 5 minutes remaining.
- Complete the Nightfall with fewer than 3 deaths.
- Do not allow Brakion to be shielded for longer than 40 seconds before defeating him.
Flashpoint, Raid Challenge, Treasure Maps, Meditations
The Flashpoint is on Nessus. There you can master public events.
The Circus Challenge awaits you in the raid.
Cayde-6 has treasure maps for Nessus.
Ikora Rey has meditations for Frenzy, Sacrilege, and Omega.
