This week, all players in Destiny 2 are invited to the Iron Banner and can join the honorable Lords. But that’s not all. The twisted Imbaru Engine of the Witch Queen is waiting to be explored again, perhaps to unveil one last secret.
This is happening this week: Lord Saladin really needs no introduction in Destiny 2. He is the undisputed Iron Lord, who nobly challenges the Guardians to PvP each season. In the Iron Banner, only the best wolves train to strengthen their light for the fight.
- If you want to become an Iron Lord as well, you can complete the challenges in the Iron Banner on the map from October 10 to 17. The event is free for all players.
- This week, the mode “Eruption” is being played. You have to get kills, build a buff, and share the energy you gain with your teammates.
- But beware: If you don’t make a kill for 15 seconds, you will break out and explode deadly.
What else is there? In the PvE of Destiny 2, the story of Season 22 is actually already done. Nevertheless, the Guardians are missing something. A card from their deck is still not found. Therefore, a few players have set out to search for clues to find out where and how this card can be obtained.

Nightfall
- Heist Battleground: Moon
- Xivu Arath’s battle song causes trouble for the bunkers of the Warmind. Take them back and secure the underground buildings from the Hive’s grasp.
Crucible – This is the rotating PvP activity
- The two modes Control and Clash are running this week in PvP.
Endgame: Raid Challenges and Dungeon Rotation
Farmable endgame in weekly rotation: In the further course of the endgame, the legacy rotations await.
Both the rotating raid, the rotating dungeon, and the exotic rotating missions are farmable. This means you can complete the individual encounters repeatedly to obtain various items and complete your collection. Including potential exotics available in these contents.
- The weekly legacy raid is “Last Wish” with the weapon exotic “1000 Voices”
- Additionally, there are extra loot and the exotic bow “Hierarchy of Needs” in the dungeon “Glassway”.
- The weekly exotic mission is “Vox Obscura” with the grenade launcher “Dead Messenger”.
Weekly Activities
These are the ritual activities: Season 22 offers the Guardians new challenges and a card deck that supports them on their missions with buffs and benefits. Provided they unlock everything and assemble their deck appropriately.
- Altars of Summoning: Offer sacrifices in the otherworldly prison of the Witch Queen to summon horrific enemies, defeat them, and gain their power.
- There are three difficulty levels you can activate. If you activate the “Powerful”, the highest difficulty level with three swords, you will also sweat a lot.
- However, upgrading your deck makes it increasingly easier.
- Savathûn’s Pillar: Activate the pillar, defeat her overseers, and gain access to the Altars of Summoning.
- Void Crystals have a barrier around them that protects nearby enemies. The barrier must be entered, and the crystal destroyed from the inside.
- Solar Crystals burn upon picking up and must be transported to a separate part of the arena.
- Arc Crystals grant the charged buff “Crystalline Charge” in melee. Inactive Arc Crystals must be awakened with a “Melee Transfer”.

Lightfall – Weekly Campaign Mission
- “Death-defying”
- This mission reveals more information about the CloudArk, which the Guardians are supposed to discover. Rohan therefore sends you to the reactor of the network and infrastructure of Neomuna.
Ascendant Challenge – Dreaming City
If you still need triumphs from the Dreaming City: The corruption reveals to you with a sip of “Queen’s Leaf Tincture” new accesses, so you can find them.
- Petra Venj can be found in the Rheasilvia area in the Dreaming City. In the entire zone, it is the 3rd curse week. To be mastered is the 4th Ascendant Challenge.

More power level comes automatically: The power level is also capped in Season 22, which means that the hard power level cap in Destiny 2 remains at 1,810. This way, no player is forced to perform at their best every week, but levels up automatically at all activities with the artifact level.
