All nightmares have been defeated in Destiny 2 and our beloved NPCs can now embark on an important mission in peace; Where is Calus? Whether this question will finally be answered and what the Guardians can expect this week can be found here on MeinMMO.
This week: Caiatl has finally defeated her nightmare, and all obvious plagues for the Guardians are gone. Now that every key NPC from Season 17 is free from plaguing nightmares, the search for Calus can continue.
However, it is uncertain what problems the Vanguard will face. The Egregore spores are continuing to spread on the H.E.L.M. and no one knows exactly where Calus is actually located. Alongside rotating activities, the Guardians will be busy following the story and figuring out what “Calus’ spore” means when he says he must “grow beyond himself”.

Vanguard: Nightfall – The Crucible
The Nightfall: The Crucible is the strike this week:
- Testing Ground, in the massive land tank of the Cabal on Nessus
- The Guardians have proven themselves on Cabal battlefields and fought through the ranks of the Cabal to finally confront the Champion of the Empress in the “final test”. But he throws homing solar balls and uses his Cabal bubble for protection.
This is the Nightfall weapon of the week: In the 6th week of Season of the Haunted, you can earn a special Nightfall weapon.

Endgame: Raid Challenges and Dungeon Rotation
This is happening in the latest raid “The Oath of the Student“:
- In the “Oath of the Student” raid, the challenge “Quick Destruction” starts. To complete it, players must defeat all unstoppable champions simultaneously or within a few seconds.
- As a reward for the challenge in the first section of the Grandmaster raid, this week there is a chance for a master version of the submachine gun “Subjugation”, the fusion rifle “Redemption”, or the linear fusion rifle “Catastrophic”.
You can earn additional top rewards from the endgame:
- in the raid “Deep Stone Crypt” on Europa

- Petra Venj has the 3rd Ascendant Challenge for you this week. You can find Petra and her quest offering at the location “Divalian Mists” in the Dreaming City. The City of the Awakened is entering the second stage of corruption.
