In Destiny 2, the fourth season is slowly coming to an end. There is only a little time left to complete some seasonal objectives. We show you which activities you should hurry with.
The release of the Forsaken expansion marked the start of the fourth season of Destiny 2 in September 2018. But when exactly it ends was previously unknown. Now Bungie has made a concrete statement about it.
When does Season 4 end? The fourth season, the season of the Outlaw, will end on November 27, 2018 – just over two weeks from now. The studio announced this in their current “This Week at Bungie” blog. Presumably, the season of the Forge will begin immediately afterward. However, more detailed information is still pending.

Why is this important? For players, this means they have only a few weeks left to complete specific objectives that are specifically linked to Season 4 or generally with the seasons. You should hurry in the following areas:
Iron Banner
Here’s what to watch out for in the Iron Banner: The end of the current season has two significant consequences for the Iron Banner:
- The Iron Banner armor from Season 4 will be removed from the loot pool
- Some Iron Banner Triumphs associated with Season 4 will no longer be fulfillable
So when Lord Saladin and the Iron Banner return for the last time in Season 4 on November 13, you should take this last chance to complete missing armor pieces from the Iron Banner and complete the corresponding Triumphs.
By the way: The Iron Banner weapons from Season 4 will also remain available beyond the end of this season.

Weapon Quests in the Crucible
This is why the end of the season is important for these quests: Many players are still hunting the special weapons Luna’s Howl, Not Forgotten, and Redrix’s Claymore, which are exclusively available through lengthy quests in the Crucible. Here too, you should hurry.
While the quests for Luna’s Howl and Not Forgotten remain available year-round, the required Crucible ranks are tied to progress within a season and will be reset at the end of Season 4. So if you haven’t completed the necessary rank milestones by season’s end, they could be lost.
The following steps are not season-dependent: The remaining quest steps are not affected by the end of the season. So if you are still working on completing Rumble matches or getting precision kills for the quests – all this progress will remain with you even after the current season ends.

Triumphs
These are the Triumphs you should still complete: There are also some Triumphs that are tied to seasonal conditions. Although these do not require a specific score, you should still complete them by November 27 if you are a collector and want to have them all.
This includes, for example, the seasonal rank in the Vanguard. But even if you are currently working on climbing to the Famous and Legendary ranks in the Crucible, you should hurry.
Because the seasonal Glory and Valor ranks in the Crucible are season-dependent as well. If you do not reach the desired rank by November 27, you will be reset to the Guardian rank at the start of Season 5 and will have to climb the rank ladder in PvP anew.
Have you already collected all the seasonal Triumphs? Or do you need to hustle in the last weeks of Season 4?
