In Destiny 2, Titans and Warlocks can currently form a deadly combo. The YouTuber and outstanding player Gladd showcased how powerful this duo can be in an impressive video.
Gladd and his buddy Phammy ventured into the Forsaken Raid Last Wish, where they aimed to challenge the final boss Riven as a duo. Gladd played as a Warlock, while his teammate was a Titan.
What does the video show? In the video, the enormous raid boss Riven is completely obliterated by the two-man team. What some currently struggle to achieve even with six players, Gladd and Phammy managed easily as a duo – and they did it right at the beginning of the encounter, on the first floor. A remarkable accomplishment.

How was this possible? The two achieved this thanks to a specific combination of Guardian classes and Exotics. Gladd played as a Warlock with Dawnblade focus and Alignment of Grace. Phammy played a Sunbreaker Titan with Code of the Firebrand.
Crucial to their success was, alongside 2 rocket launchers with cluster bombs, the combination of the Warlock super Well of Radiance and the exotic Titan Gauntlets Synthoceps. The Well strengthens and heals allies within a certain radius. The gauntlet actually increases super and melee damage when the wearer is surrounded.

However, when a Titan with the Synthoceps is inside the Warlock’s Well, their entire damage output is increased by approximately 50 percent – not just the damage from the super and melee attacks.
This makes the Titan an absolute DPS monster. Against Riven, Phammy alone dealt more than 9 million damage in a single phase. It is important that enemies are nearby for the gauntlet effect to be activated.
This combo is not only possible against Riven but can be used in any fight. Gladd summarizes it well: “If you are a Titan and playing with a Well Warlock, equip the Synthoceps. Period.”
