Bungie has hidden a special armor in the Bleached Heart of the Traveler for the 10th anniversary of Destiny 2. We will show you how to get it in our short guide.
What kind of armor is it? It is the “Veterans Legend Suit” armor for Hunters, Warlocks, and Titans. This is available for free to players as part of the 10th anniversary of Destiny. However, to equip the armor, you first need to find it in the Bleached Heart of the Traveler. We will show you its locations.
Locations of all armor pieces
Where can I find the armor? The armor is hidden in five different chests. These are Cayde’s hideouts that you need to check. The good news is that you don’t have to grind for the armor. All armor pieces and chests are located in the landing zone “The Lost City” in the Bleached Heart of the Traveler. Travel there.

You will find the chests:
- From the spawn, on the right side, where it used to lead to the hangar. Now head towards the large Cabal – You will find the chest on the platform.
- From the spawn, go straight down the stairs past the Cabal. The chest is located where Eris stood in Destiny 1.
- From the spawn, pass by the old postmaster, where Cayde stood in the campaign of The Final Shape.
- From the spawn, turn right towards the Speaker. Go up the first set of stairs and then right to the next stairs. Once at the top, keep right.
- From the spawn, turn right and continue until you reach the Speaker’s observatory. Once there, keep right; the chest is located under a large root.
Are there ornaments? Yes, there are, but you need to unlock them first. If you have collected a full set for a class, you need to go to your Triumphs. Open the seal of “Legend” and claim the Triumph “Cayde’s Hideouts.”
Now you can fly to the Tower and interact with the special goods terminal near the Cryptarch. You will see the “10th Anniversary” reward package there. Collect it and open the package in your inventory. This way, you will receive all ornaments for your class without having to spend synthetic materials.
