Submission – Submachine Gun
This is what the weapon can do: This small submachine gun features a lightweight chassis and is used in the kinetic slot. With a fire rate of 900, it is among the more popular submachine guns in Destiny 2. With 37 rounds in the magazine and a fast rate of fire, it benefits massively from the origin perk of the raid. Just that will give your Guardian a maximum of endurance in battle.
Specific origin perk: The raid-exclusive origin perk “Soul Drinker” grants health based on the number of hits before reloading.
These are currently popular perks on the weapon: With this submachine gun, players should focus on handling, stability, and reload speed. The first players have crafted their new SMG mainly with “Survival,” as it is said to synergize excellently with the origin perk. “Rampage” and “Added Bonus” were also often mentioned as good combinations.
Is there a good alternative? Currently, there are two submachine guns in Destiny 2 that also have a fire rate of 900. These include the strong “Trichotillomania” SMG and “Multimach CCX.” Apart from the origin perk, which can only be obtained with “Submission,” the alternatives are likely indeed in a better position, as their base values are somewhat higher.
In which encounter do you get the weapon? The submachine gun drops in both the first, second, and third encounters of the “Oath of the Student” raid.
On the next page, we’ll present a weapon that many players in Destiny 2 have been waiting for a long time.
