The Diamond Matrons in Last Epoch have only two important attacks that you need to remember. One is the “Incandescent Beam” and the other is the “Incandescent Blast”.

The beam is recognizable by the huge yellow energy explosion that crashes down from the sky. To avoid being hit by the beam, you should initially move out of the impact zone and then keep moving. 

This is also a good moment to attack the opponent, as long as the beam is active, they cannot defend themselves otherwise.

What should you watch out for with the incandescent blast? The “Incandescent Blast” hits players who are at short to medium distance from the Diamond Matrons. It’s best to move outside the boundary of the enemies. This should give you enough time to leave the attack area and thus avoid the attack.
