The German development studio Blankhans is working on a new survival MMO called Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore. It takes place in the pen-and-paper world of ‘Ultracore’, which was created by Hauke Gerdes. You reclaim countries from the grips of darkness, build an entire city, and defend it against attackers. Additionally, you explore the area, gather resources, and trade with other players. The closed alpha test for the game ran from March 2nd to 5th, 2023 on Steam. Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore does not yet have a fixed release date but is expected to enter early access later in 2023 and be fully released in 2024. Initially, the game will be released for PC, followed by further releases for consoles and mobile. The developers regularly share news about the game on Discord and inform about current playtest opportunities.
