How to get a nuke in Warzone 2
What criteria must be met? You cannot obtain nukes in every match in Warzone 2, but only in certain rounds by activating and completing a special mission. To do so, you need to take the following steps:
- Win 5 games in a row
- Activate the “Champions Quest” mission
- Collect 3 components and bring them to the nuke location
- Assemble the nuke with components within a timer
- Defend the nuke location before it can be defused

How do I activate the special mission? In the first step, you need to achieve a win streak of 5 games in Battle Royale to unlock the mission.
What kind of mission is this? The quest through which you can earn nukes is called: “Champions Quest.”
At the beginning of the mission, you need 3 components to assemble the nuke. You will find these scattered across the map based on the symbols. You have a fixed time frame in which you can collect the items. The timer is located on the left side.
What should you consider when collecting the components? When you go on the hunt for the nuke parts, you must expect greater disadvantages with each collected component.
The moment you add the first item to the inventory for the nuke, enemies will see you on the map.
The 2nd component deals damage to the player carrying the item, as well as to nearby teammates.
If you pick up the 3rd part, your map will be disturbed.
What happens when I have all the components? Once you have collected all 3 components, the “Prison Break” event starts. All players who are already down but still in the match will be brought back into the game.
With the start of the 4th gas circle, you will receive information about the location of the nuke.
You add the components, and then it takes a while before you have armed the bomb. During that time, you need to defend the bomb site. By that point, however, you will no longer be negatively affected by the components, and your disadvantages will disappear.
Once that’s done, the bomb site will be displayed on the map. Your enemies now have a total of 2 minutes to disrupt your plans and defuse the nuke.
What does the nuke do? If your opponents fail to defuse the nuke within the 2-minute time frame, the entire map will explode, and you will emerge as the winner of the match.
