A small Easter Egg in the zombie mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War gives you a strong advantage right at the start of each match on “Die Maschine”. MeinMMO shows you how to solve this small but rewarding puzzle.
What does this Easter Egg bring me? With the Zombie Disco Easter Egg of “Die Maschine,” you get a gifted perk, a nice pile of materials, and a powerful weapon right at the beginning of a round in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
The firearm can even be one of the zombie weapons. This way, you have the chance to get a strong version of the Ray Gun or the Wonder Weapon (T.O.T. machine) right away. However, there are also normal weapons that pop up as purple or orange versions from the box.
Since you can easily and quickly get the box, you should activate the Easter Egg in every round. This way, you save a lot of essence and scrap at the beginning because you have a strong weapon for your zombie hunt, and there’s a drink can with a free perk as well.

How do I get the super box? Start the match normally and set up the Pack-a-Punch machine. In our Beginner’s Guide to Zombie Mode, we show you step by step how it works on “Die Maschine”.
Once you’re back from your crazy journey through the dimension, you can find 5 glowing blue spheres in the room with the particle accelerator. You need to feed these with a shot from your weapon, and when you’ve shot all 5 spheres, the wild Easter Egg starts.
The blue spheres are always in the same places, and the order in which you shoot them doesn’t matter. The spheres do not provide hit feedback but simply disappear when you hit them.
We describe the path to each sphere from the point where you set up the Pack-a-Punch machine.
Sphere 1 – Right at the bottom
You can find the first sphere hidden in the wall on the lowest level under the particle accelerator. After setting up the machine, jump down a floor and look in the direction of the Storm terminal. Go through the group there, and you will see a wall that has an opening on the left side with cables sticking out. If you look from the right into this shaft, you will already see the blue sphere.
Sphere 2 – Directly under the Storm
For the second sphere, go from the machine up the stairs toward the electricity. This sphere is also a bit hidden in the wall but is much easier to see. Look closely at the wall directly under the Storm hut on the left side, and you will find this sphere.
Sphere 3 – Right next to the electricity
From the machine, go up the stairs again toward the electricity and this time turn right. Go to the elevated platform and find sphere number 3 between the two terminals directly opposite when you enter the platform via the stairs.
Sphere 4 – Opposite and far up
Go back up the stairs toward the electricity and then stand right next to the box, which can be found on the right side. Turn completely around and look at the opposite side of the room. There you will see 2 lights – one is a lamp and the other, a round light, is the 4th blue sphere.
Sphere 5 – Under the Arsenal
Here again, you can take the stairs toward the electricity, but this time you have to jump onto the ring that surrounds the particle accelerator. Run left along the ring until you are approximately at the level of the Arsenal (the workbench with the doll to upgrade weapons and armor). Look under the platform where the Arsenal is located, and you should see the last sphere.

Zombie & Loot Party
After you’ve taken care of the 5 spheres, the game will teleport you once more to another dimension. This time, however, you land right in the middle of a big zombie disco, and the dance floor is right in front of the Pack-a-Punch machine, which apparently also has a colorful blinking karaoke mode.
The main act of the party is clearly the zombies, who dance while bringing the loot with the box on their shoulders. A pretty obvious reference to the Coffin Meme (via YouTube).
