We have compiled all the information about the Carniball event here.
This is how strong Rüdiger is now in FIFA 19 FUT
The German national player receives his first special card in FUT 19 during the Carniball.
This is his standard card:
His Carniball card has an overall rating of 87, which is 6 points higher than the standard card.
The Chelsea center-back receives significant stat boosts, especially in
- Pace (73 –> 79)
- Passing (67 –> 74)
- Defending (81 –> 87)
- and Physical (77 –> 83)
The new card of Rüdiger can definitely strengthen many Premier League teams or German teams.
This is how you get the new card: You need to complete a Squad-Building Challenge group. You have one week to do this. The Carniball card is untradeable.

This is the Matthäus card
The stats on his new Prime-Icons-Moments card:
This was his best card so far:
Icons have three cards in FUT 19, representing different stages in their career. The 93-rated Matthäus card was previously his best.
Now Matthäus has a 94-rated card. All stats have been increased, especially
- Shooting (89 –> 83)
- and Dribbling (82 –> 86)
For this card as well, you need to complete a Squad-Building Challenge group. You can find this under the “ICONS” tab far right at the SBCs in FUT 19.
The Matthäus card is significantly more challenging to obtain than Rüdiger’s. You must complete 13 individual SBCs to get it.
