A new update goes online today, in the night from November 14th to 15th, in Borderlands 3. This addresses a number of bugs and brings the Halloween event to a close.
When is the hotfix coming? The update will be released in the night from Thursday, the 14th, to Friday, the 15th of November, on all platforms. As always, the patch is expected to appear “before midnight” (3 PM PDT).
What is included in the hotfix? The new update will fix six bugs and the Halloween event “Bloody Harvest” will gradually come to an end.

Patch Notes
This is how “Bloody Harvest” ends: With today’s update, fewer “Haunted” enemies will appear outside the new zone “Heck”.
The developers want to gradually work towards the upcoming end of the event, which will run until December 5th.
These bugs will be fixed: Additionally, six bug fixes will be made, mainly related to mission and group errors. The following bugs will be fixed:
- The screen shakes when a player in the group uses “Bear Fists”.
- Sound can duplicate when Maya plays the music in “Under the Meridian” while you are in a group.
- Players could not hear Aurelia’s holographic doorbell.
- During the side mission “Bad Reception”, waypoints can be missed if players left the map or saved and reloaded.
- A portal in Destroyer’s Rift could disappear after completing the mission “Divine Retribution”.
- During the fight against Tyreen , some Eridian structures were not reset when players died.

What’s coming soon: The upcoming major November patch will introduce a new difficulty level for the endgame of Borderlands 3: Mayhem 4.
In the patch notes, Gearbox explicitly reminds that the large update “Takedown at Maliwan’s Blacksite” will arrive with the November patch. The update will be free, and the missions are expected to be quite challenging.
