What is the Gurde? The Gurde takes the place of your healing flask in Black Myth Wukong. The item initially has only 5 charges and can heal you only as often as you have charges. Therefore, the Gurde is an important item on your journeys, and you should ensure that you upgrade it. There are three ways to improve your Gurde, and we will introduce them to you now.
Upgrade Gurde at the Shen Monkey
You can find the Shen Monkey on the Schwarzwindberg near the “Swamp of the White Mist” altar. The monkey needs to be rescued, but once you help him, he opens his shop not far from his location.
In this shop, you can upgrade your regular Gurde with the rare resource “Luojia Aroma Vine” to gain more charges. However, this won’t increase the effectiveness of your Gurde. But having another sip means you have another chance to escape death.
Enhance your potions and use mixtures
Another thing related to your Gurde are potions and mixtures. You can choose a potion and a mixture at the Shen Monkey or at any altar. Both items change the way your Gurde heals you.
Do you want a quick small healing or a large slow healing? Are effects like damage reduction after each sip important to you, or do you even want to enhance your talents? All of this can be realized with the potions and mixtures; you just need to mix them.

Switch your Gurde
Lastly, there are various Gurdes that you can find in the chapters of Black Myth Wukong. These offer additional effects to the potions you carry. However, note that you cannot upgrade these Gurdes, and they are limited in the amount of healing compared to your standard Gurde. Additionally, they are also very rare and hard to find.
