How does the glitch manifest? Players report that they suddenly miss the Navy Revolver in their pistol selection. Normally, it is listed next to the Double Action Revolver and other weapons for selection. But that is no longer the case.
According to player reports, affected individuals interacted with the Peyote plants beforehand. These Peyote plants likely cause the Navy Revolver to disappear from the weapon selection.
Why is this so annoying? The Navy Revolver, like the golden Double Action Revolver, is unlocked through a treasure hunt. Both offer high monetary rewards.

To complete the treasure hunts, you need to fulfill several steps and spend time to ultimately unlock the revolver. The fact that it then simply disappears from the inventory after consuming the plants is likely to be frustrating for some players.
What do the players say? On Reddit, on April 8, a player named MutsumiHayase reported. This was about 2 days after the plants were activated in the game. The user writes, “If you eat the Peyote plant, the Navy Revolver will be permanently removed from your inventory.”
On Reddit, user _Plums also writes that his Navy Revolver disappeared after eating the Peyote plant.
It is unclear why the error does not occur for all players and what causes the glitch.
