In The Name Of The Tsar – Gameplay
The next expansion for Battlefield 1 titled “In The Name Of The Tsar” will be released in September and brings the Russian army into the game. The DLC includes six new maps where you can try out various new vehicles and weapons.
You can get a taste of the snowy map “Lupkow Pass” now in the gameplay video by Westie. The extensive video provides you more than 90 minutes of opportunities to gather impressions of the map.
The “Lupkow Pass” map is currently available for testing on the CTE servers and has a limit of one airplane per team. There should also be no other vehicles, as the map focuses on infantry and horses. The setting is presumably based on the Carpathians.
The “Russia DLC” for Battlefield 1 is expected to bring many changes to the game. The showcased snowy map and the new weapons are just a few details of the expansion. Additionally, you will be able to play female soldiers in BF1 for the first time through this DLC.
They find their way into the game through the Women’s Battalion of Death, which is represented by the Scout class.
In The Name Of The Tsar will be released in September 2017 for Battlefield 1. Premium players will get early access to the DLC.
