Just before the Early Access launch, ArcheAge Chronicles will receive another beta phase. What you need to know and who can participate can be found here.
When is the demo playable? You can play the demo from October 19, 7:00 PM CEST to October 26, 2026, 7:00 PM CEST as part of the Steam Next Fest.
How can you participate? Interested players can easily download the demo during the beta phase via the Steam page. You don’t need to register anywhere, and you can simply dive in. Additionally, the demo is open to all Steam players from all regions.
What contents are playable? You can explore some content around the Diamond Shores, one of the earlier areas in the game. Housing and trading will not be part of the demo, but for the first time, PvP content is available for you to try.
Basically, you should expect highly restricted content, so you will likely encounter missing features and bugs.

Will progress be carried over to Early Access? No, progress will be completely reset and only applies to the demo phase.
When does Early Access start? There is no concrete information available yet.
Can the test be streamed? Yes, with a note that it is a demo, participants can stream and share their experiences. So you can also check out the content creators you trust and get an impression.
When did the last stress test take place? The last testing phase took place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM. However, participation was limited to players from the USA and Canada. This time, all players from all regions are allowed to participate.
Will there be a beta phase before the launch? Unfortunately, nothing is known about that yet.
