Update, January 28, 2026, 01:19 PM: Ossen, an employee of Embark, has now informed the fans of ARC Raiders that the studio is dealing with DDoS attacks. The team is currently working on solutions to fix the issue. Good progress has already been made.

What is happening with the servers? On the official Discord server of ARC Raiders, many players reported server instabilities and lags. There is a chance that you will be kicked from the servers during your rounds. In the worst case, you could lose all your progress from the round, which can be really painful in some cases.

What do we know about the issues? The community manager Solomon reported the problem on Discord at 3:20 AM German time. At that time, it was stated that the team was working to get the lags and instabilities under control, so you wouldn’t lose your loot.
At 4:24 AM it was said that the servers were stabilizing again, only for them to cause problems again at 7:51 AM.
Recently, a message from the team arrived at 9:00 AM German time, stating that the servers are stabilizing again. However, caution is advised during login. Therefore, we will monitor the situation and update the article if problems arise again.
The problems are particularly annoying at the moment, as the new update Headwinds recently appeared, bringing new exciting features to the game that fans can engage with again. Some of them require grinding again, and being kicked from the servers can be frustrating.
