Currently, everything is once again revolving around loot in Anthem. BioWare states that they are also dissatisfied with the loot behavior, but a quick fix is difficult.
What is happening with the loot? Some players believe that the drop rates of loot in Anthem have been adjusted again. They report that Masterwork and Legendary items have dropped with an increased probability on the morning of March 9.
However, when patch 1.03 was distributed in the afternoon, this allegedly reversed. Players believe that this was once again a bug. Shortly after the release, the drop rates had already been increased due to a bug.
What does BioWare say? After players complained about the reduced chances of Masterwork and Legendary items, the Head of Live Service, Chad Robertson, spoke out on Twitter. He thanked the players for their feedback and stated that the developers themselves are still not satisfied with the loot behavior in Anthem:
The downside of such a quick attempt to improve is that we are making changes to complex loot systems in various areas. This makes it harder to predict how it will work.
In the coming months, we expect significant changes. We will start with some incremental changes so that we can better manage this development. Our goal is to provide the best possible player experience.

Since the loot behavior is so complex, it would therefore be difficult to provide a quick fix for it. Therefore, changes are planned to be made gradually in the coming months.
What do the players say? Some players are disappointed that BioWare has once again given a glimpse of how the loot in Anthem could be. They do not believe that the developers can take months for changes in loot behavior.
While there are currently some posts with feedback and suggestions for changes in the Anthem subreddit, other players are venting their anger. They are calling for a boycott of the game by not logging in anymore. Others report that they have already uninstalled Anthem and turned to other games.
