Which attachment are we talking about? The attachment is called “Light” and it’s a simple flashlight. Depending on the weapon, you can use the flashlight and a laser simultaneously or you have to choose one of the two attachments.
The flashlight itself costs 10 upgrade points and can be attached to either one of the side or the top accessory slots.

However, the flashlight does not help you reduce your recoil or shoot more accurately. You will have to weigh whether it makes sense for you.
This is how you should use the flashlight: Since the flashlight loses its blinding effect at greater distances, you should only use it in close-quarter fights. On MPs like the SGX, shotguns, or other high-fire-rate weapons, the flashlight is therefore stronger than on DMRs or the SOR-556-MK2. Play with the flashlight especially when you plan to hold or capture flags inside buildings.
