No witcher school is as feared and outlawed as that of the Cat. Unlike the other witchers, members of the Cat School do not hold a neutral stance. On the contrary – they are known for carrying out secret and nefarious missions, not shying away from human sacrifices.
To execute their assassinations as quickly and precisely as possible, the witchers of the Cat School have specialized in light armor. They are particularly swift with the sword and know how to incapacitate their opponents in seconds. For this, they use not only swords but also crossbows, with which they surprise their victims from a distance.
Due to their particularly brutal and aggressive approach, members of the Cat School are generally regarded as insane psychopaths, further worsening the already poor reputation of witchers.
By the time of Witcher 3, the headquarters of the Cat School is destroyed. Nevertheless, isolated witchers continue to roam in order to carry out their bloody trade. One of them is Gaetan, who can be encountered in a side quest after he has slaughtered almost an entire village.
In the Witcher video games, it is rare to find ourselves in a direct duel of witcher versus witcher. This makes comparing the fighters even more challenging.
